Meet Kendra Harris

 

Kendra Harris is the owner and principal advisor of NINEpoint Association Advisors. She brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership, learning and development, marketing, financial services, real estate, and association management.

​

Throughout her career, Kendra has led teams, developed professionals, managed complex programs, built education strategies, strengthened communications, and worked alongside executives, boards, committees, staff, instructors, and volunteers.

​

As a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Kendra brings valuable human resources expertise to staff recruitment, onboarding, training, team development, performance, and organizational planning. Her experience allows her to see both the people and operational sides of an organization—and understand how each affects the other.

Kendra is known for turning complex challenges into practical, achievable solutions. Her approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in real-world experience.
