30 Minute Call

Cancellation Policy

This complimentary 30-minute consultation is an opportunity to discuss your association’s needs, challenges and goals and determine whether NINEpoint Association Advisors may be a good fit. Appointments are held virtually unless otherwise arranged. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you arrive late, the consultation will still end at the originally scheduled time. Missed appointments may not be eligible for rebooking. The consultation is introductory and does not include a written assessment, customized recommendations or completed work. Any services, deliverables, timelines and fees discussed are preliminary until confirmed in a written agreement.
